HealthyWeight gives you access to your own nutrition coach and personalised nutrition resources. You will be guided from grocery shopping to cooking and meal preparation. Daily support and motivation will be provided to help you achieve your weight goals.
Vitality members earn up to 1,000 Vitality points a year after their first 4-week progress check-in with their HealthyWeight nutrition coach. This applies unless you've already earned Vitality points for a dietitian visit in the same year.
